Ingredients
- 2 packages of crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbs honey Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups turkey
- 1/2 cup celery
- 3 tbs parsley
- 1/2 cup cleaned cranberries
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 egg separated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Unroll dough and separate into 16 triangles
- Arrange the triangles out/in and seal seams
- Mix all ingredients except walnuts
- Spoon mixture over dough and sprinkle walnuts over
- Mix one triangle over dough and alternate brushing with egg white
- Bake 20-25 minutes
- Cut and serve
