Ingredients
- 1 pkg Filo Dough
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 lb ricotta
- 1/4 lb feta
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Put half package filo dough on bottom of 9 × 13 baking pan
- Put margarine between each sheet
- Mix eggs with the 3 cheeses then add spinach to cheese and egg mixture
- Cover with remaining filo dough and put margarine between sheets
- Tuck in ends of dough if necessary
- Bake in oven which has been pre-heated at 375°F for 30 min
