Spinach Pear Salad

May want to slightly increase pear sauce, and slightly decrease olive oil -G. Boyd

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup toasted walnut pieces
  • 15 oz can of S+W pears- drained (keep 1/4 cup of syrup)
  • 2 tsp honey mustard
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 8 cups spinach
  • 3/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola or other
  • blue cheese

Directions

  1. Combine pear sauce, mustard, vinegar and oil to make vinaigrette
  2. Toss with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl
