Ingredients
- 3/4 cup toasted walnut pieces
- 15 oz can of S+W pears- drained (keep 1/4 cup of syrup)
- 2 tsp honey mustard
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 8 cups spinach
- 3/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola or other
- blue cheese
Directions
- Combine pear sauce, mustard, vinegar and oil to make vinaigrette
- Toss with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl
