Ingredients
- 16 oz can of sauerkraut
- 12 oz can of corned beef
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup 1000 Island Dressing
- 2 medium sliced tomatoes
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 1 cup pumpernickel bread crumbs
Directions
- Place sauerkraut in a 1 1/2 quart casserole
- Add layer of corned beef, then swiss cheese
- Combine mayo and dressing, then spread over cheese and top with tomato slices
- Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs, then sprinkle over tomatoes
- Microwave for 12-14 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes
