Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns (defrost for 20 minutes)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 lb (16 oz) sour cream
- 18 oz package of sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
Directions
- Mix together and spread in 13” by 9” pan
- Cook at 375°F for one hour
