Yields 3-4 pounds; Make gravy if desired
Ingredients
- 1 round bone roast
- 2 or 3 beef bouillon cubes
- onion
- 1 cup water
- peeled potatoes
- carrots
Directions
- Brown roast by patting on a small amount of flour
- Add onion, beef bouillon and cup of water
- Cover and cook 2 1/2 -3 hours until done
- Add potatoes an hour before meat is done
