Ingredients
Graham Crust
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Filling
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 8 1/2 oz crushed pineapple and juice
Directions
Graham Crust
- Mix all ingredients together and press into pan
Filling
- Blend cream cheese and butter, then add remaining ingredients
- Pour into crust and put crumbs on top
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes
