Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 3 oz package lime jello
- 1 tsp beef flavored bouillon
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp dill weed
- 3 tbs tarragon vinegar
Directions
- Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, then coarsely shred and drain
- Combine jello and bouillon in a large bowl
- Add water and stir until gelatin is dissolved
- In small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, dill, and vinegar
- Stir until smooth
- Add sour cream mixture and cucumbers to gelatin mixture and stir until well blended
- Pour into oiled 1 quart mold and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
