Ingredients
Brownies
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Frosting
- 4 tbs softened butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- A few drops of green food coloring
- 2 tbs milk or half and half
- 1 tsp peppermint flavoring
Glaze Topping
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tbs butter
Directions
Brownies
- Melt chocolate and butter together, cool and add eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour and salt; blend well.
- Pour batter into a well greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and spread with frosting, refrigerate and top frosting with glaze.
Frosting
- Combine all ingredients and blend until creamy.
- Spread on cool brownies and refrigerate while making glaze
Glaze
- Mix together and blend well; spread on top of frosting
