Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 8 drops almond extract (more if needed)
- 1 1/2 dl milk
- 3 dL sugar
- 25 pulverized almonds
- 3 dL flour
- 1/2 tsk baking powder
- 1 msk vanilla sugar
- 175 grams melted butter (3/4 cup + 1 tbs)
- Butter + Breadcrumbs in the cake pan
Glaze
- 1 dL powdered sugar
- 1 - 2 tsp water
Directions
- Whip egg with almond extract and milk.
- Add sugar, the pulverized almond, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
- Put in the melted butter (cooled) and stir.
- Put batter in a springform pan.
- Bake it on the lower rack in the oven at 150F (30C) for about an hour.
- Mix the glaze and spread it over the cake when it has cooled.
